Poor little, old man Tigger was surrendered by a family in AR. They didn't want to give him up at first and withdrew the owner surrender at first. I convinced them if they couldn't afford medical treatment for him they should surrender. They did and it was a good thing. Poor guy was heartworm positive, aching from arthritis and has elevated liver enzymes. He's not even healthy enough to get neutered.
With some good vet care, hopefully we can get this handsome little man feeling a little better.
