Judd Nelson was already a 12-year-old senior when his owner passed away. Instead of finding a safe home for Judd, a family member chained him outside of their home. With nowhere to escape, children threw rocks at Judd and poked him with sticks. Thankfully, a neighbor intervened and convinced the family member to turn him over to our Rescue. Today, Judd is on medication for ongoing eye issues and has a heart murmur that doesn't give him much trouble. Judd's forever foster family loves him and his foster mom calls him her little "Monkey." Judd has a safe, sunny place to rest his head now -- never to be tormented again.
