Luca Bennet is a 3.5 yr old Boston who was living outside with little to no socialization when he was surrendered to us. Being deaf, that made things even more difficult for him. Unfortunately, he developed some behavioral problems making it unsafe to put him in an adopters’ home. Not to worry, he is safe with a foster who will still give him all the love and care he needs, even with his little bad boy behaviors.
