Arthur joined our foster program at 8 weeks old because he has atypical hydrocephalus affecting all four lobes of his brain. He is on medication and has many neurology appointments to keep this disorder in check.
This dog is being fostered by Luna Bell's Moonbows Special Needs Fostering under BTRET. Luna Bell's provides homes and fundraising for the dogs in their care, and additional funds they raise are distributed specifically to the dogs in our BTRET-KY division.
